Collegiata di Santa Maria Maddalena is an impressive and massive architectural achievement that dates back to the late 13th century. Built on the ruins of a medieval fortress, it's the only example of the Rococo architectural style on the Amalfi Coast.
The church was frequently modified over the centuries since 1274, with the addition of a 16th-century bell tower as well as paintings and statues during the 18th and 19th centuries.
