    The Teguise Sunday Market takes place in the namesake beautiful town in the centre of Lanzarote. On Sunday mornings, more than 400 vendors set up stalls for the island’s biggest flea market. You can buy almost everything under the sun. Locally made art and handicraft, traditional souvenirs, clothes, shoes, electrical gadgets – whatever you fancy, it’s probably for sale at the market.

    Prefer some tasty reminders of your island stay? There are plenty of stalls selling local cheese and wine. You can reach Teguise on a special bus service that runs on Sundays from Arrecife, Playa del Carmen and Costa Teguise. The market can get crowded, so arrive early and beware of pickpockets.
