The hotel’s location was excellent, only a 7-minute walk to the Piccadilly line, which made getting around very easy. We didn't interact with the staff much outside of breakfast, check-in, and check-out, but they were very friendly and helpful whenever we did. The room was spacious enough to have both a large and a small suitcase open at the same time. The bathroom was modern and clean. We paid extra for breakfast, and it was definitely worth it. Overall cleanliness was good, although there were some stains on the walls. I think that's acceptable, as most hotels probably don't deep-clean the walls every single time.
One thing to note is that because of the nearby tracks, you can hear trains passing. It didn't bother my wife and me at all, but if you are an extremely light sleeper, you might want to think twice.
