Terrible Accommodation!
I deeply regret staying at this hotel and do not recommend it. I visited London for 2 days and had an unbelievably bad experience. On May 18th, my friend and I arrived late at the hotel and couldn't notify the management. We intended to pay for my friend's one-night stay during check-out. However, the hotel management's behavior was terrible. At 11:15 AM, our door was pounded on, and the lock was being forced open. An angry blonde woman from management yelled at us, demanding to know how many people were in the room. Despite our apologies and offer to pay, she continued yelling, saying check-out was at 11:00 AM and we had to leave immediately. We were packing to leave, but she pounded on the door again, threatening to call security or the police.
She then asked about my nationality, and upon learning I was Turkish, her attitude became worse and clearly racist. She aggressively approached us, refused to let us explain, and insisted we leave immediately. She even recorded us with her phone, mocking us. As we carried our luggage down the narrow stairs, she continued to provoke us. Outside, she yelled, "Get out of this country, get out of my hotel, thieves!" loud enough to disturb the entire street.
I request that this review be taken into account, and the woman in question be dismissed. I also urge that this establishment be removed from hotels.com and penalized if necessary. I have never felt so humiliated!
