This hotel experience was nothing short of terrifying. We were placed two floors down in a cramped basement, which is a nightmare for someone like me who despises tight spaces. It felt like we were trapped in a haunted house or one of those horror films where the creepy guy at the counter emerges from a secret passageway to invade your room at night.
While the exterior of the hotel looks decent, stepping inside that mfka reveals a completely different reality. The hygiene standards are appalling. Our room was filthy; the carpet was dirty, and the comforter, along with the second cover, appeared as if they hadn't been washed in years. Stains that I wouldn’t even want to describe were all over the bedding. It’s clear that urgent upgrades or at least professional cleaning are desperately needed.
Moreover, there’s no phone for calling room service—absolutely unacceptable. If you're staying in Europe, be prepared: this hotel, like many others, doesn't provide face towels, wash rags, or toilet seat covers. Make sure you bring your own essentials!
To top it off, the staff at the front desk are unhelpful. One clerk feigned assistance by lending us a broken charger adapter only to try to sell us a new one. Both male clerks displayed a shocking lack of courtesy.
On a positive note, the hotel is centrally located, which is convenient for accessing various attractions, and it is open 24 hours. However, the overall experience leaves much to be desired.
