I'd like to tell my experience in both positive and negative ways.
+ The room was big and warm enough to stay in the winter.
+ The employees were nice and kind people.
+ The room was clean, and the hotel was fancy.
- The location/street was noisy.
- The breakfast room/ cafeteria was freezing that we couldn't stay long with our 5-year-old child.
- I don't know why and how, but the employee working when we checked in the hotel told us there is no record for our child, so they didn't prepare a bed for her. Later, they approved the child's record in our reservation but nobody came to prepare a bed for her until the evening. After we called the reception in the evening, the other employee (who works on the night shift) helped us with our child's bed.
- The WiFi didn't work although we did what we were told to connect it.
In total, it is a nice hotel to stay with your family, but I can't say it's a great place, it isn't worth its price. As I do not know Istanbul very well, I thought the hotel was so cool due to its photos, but the neighbourhood was not what I expected.
