DO NOT STAY HERE! (You will regret it!!)
Do not believe the "amazing" reviews or the 5-star rating by Google. This is considered a boutique hotel and there is only 1 front desk person (no other staff).
When we first got here, we had insane amount of luggage and I had a medical procedure done so I couldn't even help lift them over 5-6 flights of stairs. My wife had to bring all of them BY HERSELF to the lobby. The guy kept saying "We don't have anyone, sorry."
I understand that you don't have anyone else, but you YOURSELF could have helped her. He just sat there. I was crying inside and I just wanted to get out of there from right then. Even after we brought all of them, he didn't even bother to look at us; I really wanted to say "Do you know what service means?"
When we got to our room, it was so small that we couldn't even fit all of our luggages there. I banged my foot on the bed several times. In addition, there was no nice "city" view as the hotel booking had promised us. Additionally, the Wifi was ONLY available in the rooms and even that wasn't working. My wife and I had told the guy several times. It just worked for a minute and then it just shut off; we gave up and we just had to use OUR data/hotspot to do school/other work. Also, the room temperature was controlled by them and each front guy told us different things; sometimes, it got too cold and when we told him to make it warm, it got too warm. We wanted to leave ASAP and complained to no avail (the manager said no refunds).
