Overall, quite a frustrating experience. I booked 2 rooms via the website for 4 travellers and wanted one twin and one double room. Given there wasn’t an option for allowing 2 different room types in the booking I then had to make contact directly with the hotel to update the booking. There then followed numerous emails and finally a call to resolve which seemed crazy given the simplicity of my request.
On checking in, we had to use the computer screens to check in even tho there were 2 staff at reception not doing anything. This meant completing the process twice (as 2 rooms). So overall, not customer focussed in any way.
The rooms were boiling hot with no air con and not possible to leave the window open given how noisy the room was.
Overall, a poor and depressing experience and I wouldn’t book again
