Fantastic location.
I don’t recommend this hotel, unless you really must be there.
Rooms are average and tiles are very old.
Super noisy area for light sleepers!! Clubs around loud noise until at least 2am.
Poor quality customer service and reception attitude.
In eights of stay, I interacted with six different men at the reception. 5 out of 6 were rude, unprofessional and unkind. The phrase, “let me see what I can do for you” is not in their dictionary. They seem tired, unhappy and pretty sure they hate their job.
Customer service representative was nice to listen to the low rating on checkin and she offered late checkout for free.
Major communication issues for simple requests, they don’t talk to each other and separately deal with you for the same things.
Example of attitude:
At checkout, after payment, I didn’t receive an invoice; after I asked for it, I was given the receipt of payment; after I asked again, I received an angry response, “that is what I gave you” combined with a look that made me feel stupid; after I clarified I am asking for the detailed invoice for what I paid for, I got some papers printed thrown on desk. He then realised he’s being rude - too late already - offered an envelop.
