The room was ok, clean and mostly as expected.
The stuff was kind, helpful and friendly.
The location, next to the hotel, towards Whitechapel station was weird and strange even during the day.
The breakfast was poor, with low variety, mostly low quality, very bad coffee (there was a self service automated coffee machine, which was worse than Nesspresso-like coffee machines).
One morning, there was a long queue of visitors waiting for breakfast, which is unacceptable.
The stuff even asked us to leave our table...
We did so, but the management should have planned for enough space and tables.
