This small boutique hotel was a pleasant surprise. I gave it a 5-star rating on every aspect and need to emphasize how helpful the front desk staff were for us….. foreigners with no Korean language ability. When I return to Daegu one day, I will most definitely stay at Rivertain Hotel again.

The location was convenient close to everything, there are tons of restaurants and shops around. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
I loved the huge bath tub in the room which is rare to find in Korea.

I stay here every time I'm in Daegu. The rooms are large and spacious and breakfast is available. The location is excellent for walking access to the various restaurants, cafes, and bars in downtown Daegu.

Fabulous experience! Easy walking distance from two subway stops. Amazing breakfast buffet—one of the better I’ve seen. Friendly and professional staff. Big room with a bidet and spa tub. In a good neighborhood with shopping and dining all around. Definitely would stay again.
