Dont pick this place - not worth its rating
The check in experience was enough to make me cancel the reservation right then and there. Dont expect anything reasonable about the process. They had 1 staff member and 1 valet. The front desk staff member told us to wait in the lobby. It took 20 minutes for her to get to us after taking other people out of order. She didnt tell us anything useful about breakfast, parking, ice machine , services etc. A very unpleasant lady of few words. The hotel should consider offering self check. I would much rather deal with a computer than someone who clearly hates their job. Very off putting.
Shower had black mold, water only reached luke warm temperature.
Free breakfast was a tiny portion of the cheapest quality food items. Coffee was yuck.
Location was good. Close to transit.
I wouldnt stay here again. I was debating between this place and another, and regret my choice. Dont pick this place if you are considering other options
