Meh…
Not sure why this place got so many “outstanding” reviews. It’s average at best. Check in was OK, but lobby seemed really cluttered. Lots of dust on the window sill, which is obvious when you’re climbing up the stairs.
Once we got to our room, it was pretty tired and beat up. Missing baseboards, missing trim around the door, fixtures pretty old. We had to exchange 2 of our pillowcases due to stains (small but there). The heater was super noisy so we just turned it off. I also don’t like places that don’t have fitted sheets. Glad I had black socks, because the floor was pretty dirty. And In hindsight, we shouldn’t have booked the economy room. Window opened up to a hallway, so had to keep the curtains closed so it felt like a dungeon.
We went to the garage to check out the laundry room and it was tiny and dirty - just gross. We ended up going to a laundromat.
This hotel looks like they tried to fix some of it up, but they just fell short. I would give them a 6/10…
