Pretty grim hotel but in nice, quiet area on fringes of Ginza. Staff unusually miserable for Japan and unpleasantly aggressive when they thought (wrongly) I had stayed over my check-out time. I had been forced into a late, very expensive, booking so got fleeced too. If APA are going to charge four star prices for their hotels, they might invest some of it in staff training.

The rooms were sooo small: UNREAL! The first room that they gave us was on the second floor, with no view of the city but a view of a next door building, a few feet from that window!!!
