The hotel might look nice at first—clean and stylish rooms—but wow, what a nightmare. The entire floor is controlled by central AC, so we couldn’t adjust the temperature in our own room. During the day, AC was on and it was freezing. I had to keep my sweater and jacket on the whole time, and even then, I was cold. At night, the staff was too lazy to check the AC, so they just turned it off entirely. By morning, it was stifling hot. During our entire stay, I was either shivering or sweating.
They also say they have “free parking,” but it is not true. They charge daily, and there aren’t even enough spots for all the rooms. We paid for the entire day parking (it must be reserved since we paid, right?), we left to have fun, came back at midnight, and—surprise—no parking! And there’s no street parking nearby, so you’re stuck.
And the worst part? No receptionist at night. Just a clueless security guard who can’t help with anything and takes zero responsibility. If something goes wrong at night, you're completely on your own.
