I hate when businesses operate so transactionally, without any regards for repeat business or their client’s comfort. Unfortunately, this hotel fits that bill and I generally try to be very kind with my reviews (can look at my reviews, I give mostly 5 stars)
Two nights in a row we had the person above us blast music. After calling for 15 minutes we went to the front at 3am. The drunken man came down naked to get a pizza he ordered and refused to apologize saying the hotel never asked him to be quiet. They wouldn’t kick him out and made us move rooms instead, after we had a morning ruined by being up all night. They then gave us 15% off one night to make us “feel comfortable”.
