The location is perfect, a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and plenty of cafes nearby for a nice breakfast, as well as small supermarkets for a quick grab.
The sound isolation, as many reviews say, is indeed not great, but if you're not a light sleeper it's fine.
What I find very inconvenient is that small household items are missing. It has a kitchen, but no soap and sponge or tissues/wipes included, you have to get those yourself.
There is also no water cooker. Basic coffee and tea bags were not there either.
What is very nice is that there were bottles of water in the mini fridge on arrival. Always a plus.
