Worst Radisson Blu Hotel, i have ever stayed. Stayed 3 nights, coffee machine in breakfast hall was not working. My room was terrible cold in December despite the heating system running at full capacity. They charged me 30£/night parking fee for their own private parking area in front of the hotel! They couldnt fix the problem at hotels main entrance gate for 2 days so we got wet while trying to enter the hotel. I have a gold membership in hotels.com, travelling a lot because of my business and Radisson Blu Birmingham has the rudest employees I have ever seen in my life.
Minibar is empty, however hotel asks you to get some deposit from your credit card. When I want to pay my 1st night parking fee, receptionist asked me to get more deposit for the following nights. (?)
First and last time, never ever again.
My entire good feelings against "Radisson Blu" brand is effected negatively after this awful stay.
