Favorite resort!
Our favorite place to visit every year. Smaller, friendly resort atmosphere. Many improvements since last year too. The only critique I have is bar food no longer good quality. I hope they consider old menu/ingredients because we only ate here then. Now we will eat somewhere else or order delivery. Bartender still top notch service and attitude! Staff is outstanding.

Nice family condo. 2 bedrooms. Great to travel with kids and grandkids. Love the pool and lazy river. Tons of activities for the kids. Annotated but great for the money. Has a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms and living room. Great for a getaway with kids and my grandkid.

Waterpark was shut down and we weren’t notified
The room was fine other than some type of roach/bug but we only saw one downstairs so we didn’t panic too much. What really upset me was the fact that they KNEW their water park would be down for maintenance during our stay and rather than notify us in advance, they let us know at NOON on the DAY OF OUR ARRIVAL. They didn’t even offer a discount but after my frustration they waived the $35 resort fee which was a joke. When a family is taking a trip to FL from out of state, they need more time to look for other accommodations. This was greed and very unfortunate how they handled it.

The room
They have construction going on the room was okay you cannot control the AC temperature yourself you have to call the front desk and ask them and there is barely no hot water only for about 1 minute then you're taking a cold shower

No heat, be aware!
The unit was spacious and served our purpose for a one-night stay. However, the heat didn’t work!! It ranged from 57 to 62 degrees inside. The blankets were extremely thin. We had to put on our jackets to go to bed, and we were still COLD! When we checked out, we told the front desk about the situation, and there was no apology. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant stay.

family friendly
I chose this because of the positive reviews, space offered for families, great value and amenities on site. We used the hot tubs alot, the weather didn't allow for pool use. It was nice to have a condo with 2 rooms & 2 bathrooms. Downstairs was new & updated, upstairs (esp bathroom) wasn't. New toilets would help. One review mentioned the floors were not super clean and left dirty socks. I agree with that and the whole place could use a good deep clean. But overall, it was clean, especially the kitchen. There is no towel service or cleaning without request, but we didn't need that. Loved the king bed and pillows, super comfy! The sofa bed, not great. My son preferred the couch cushions. The staff were all top notch, very nice and super helpful. We had one maintenance issue and they responded right away. FYI the park shuttles do not have park matching hours. We used Uber more than we planned/budgeted for. Plan for $40-50 a ride for a family but Uber is easy and fast after a long day. There are a few food options within walking distance of the hotel but walmart is not. We did walmart delivery easily though. The onsite food/coffee bar was limited. Would stay again!

Decent, budget friendly option for families
Fantasy World is currently a mixed bag. There is some updating taking place that will likely bring some improvements, and it was a decent value for what we paid, which I assume was somewhat discounted due to the construction taking place that impacted the experience and limited some amenities. The pool is very nice and the staff in the activity center were kind and accommodating. We wasted a fair amount of money on arcade games that didn't work, but didn't bother to follow up as our stay was relatively short (3 days). The service orientation of the staff varied quite a bit. Shiloh was outstanding, as were the staff that greeted us upon arrival, going well above and beyond to provide meaningful assistance, while some of the other staff were less than friendly. Our questions and requests received prompt responses, but some front desk staff - and a female life guard at the water slides - were oddly chilly to us. Very minimal cooking gear in the kitchen, but we eventually discovered that more can be provided upon request. Comfortable but dated condo. A very old, dirty & barely functional broom was provided & some kitchen cabinet handles were broken. The toaster was junk and the dryer took FOREVER to dry even a small load of clothes. Room temperature is controlled by the front desk, which complicated things in the evening as we prefer cooler temps for sleeping and guests are not able to 'fine tune' the temp without a lot of interaction, so we opted to open windows at night.

Check in was late, when we were given key the room was not ready. Overall room condition was ok. Light bulb burned out, dryer vent detached, light fixtures were dusty. It was adequate but not great.

We had a great time for my niece she is 6, great location great amenities the resort offers. The only complaint I have is the floors were not properly cleaned the kids feet were black after walking on the floors. Other than that we will definitely be back.

The resort was absolutely amazing. My family, friends, and children all enjoyed themselves very much. we love the extra activities that were available for the children. And the adults loved having A bar close to the pool. However, while at the pool, we were told by staff that the children were not able to jump into the pool. Even though we were the only ones in the pool at this time, the kids were not allowed to jump or play with their water toys. It’s a family resort. I found this extremely strange. We did fine the townhouse/Villa was not as clean as we would like, the floors were pretty dirty and the enclosed patio/backyard was not comfortable enough or appealing enough to hang out. We also found a cockroach in our bathroom the very first night. There were small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and one soap for the dishwasher and one soap for the washer machine, which was nice. Paper towel and toilet paper for available in both bathrooms. And when we ran out, we just called the front desk and they were able to send more. There were no issues with requesting more things for our stay. I would definitely return back to this resort however I would buy extra soap for the washing machine and dishwasher as well as some Lysol wipes.

This was our first time and i cant believe all your activities cost so much. We go to other places and it's included. Not to mention our room only had 2 bath towels, no toilet paper or paper towel back up, no laundry soap, no dish soap, the floor was very dirty, the outside patio light didnt work, the sheets in the master bedroom had stains on them, the ice cube trays in the freezer were all cracked so there was a ton of water on the freezer on the bottom. The parking lot to our room had a ton of garbage and construction stuff all over. The activities you offer are way over priced and the food and drinks are outrageous. Maybe lower some of your prices and families could afford to do stuff at your resort. The skillet in the room was horrible. We made eggs and they stuck to it. All the dishes were dirty in the cabinets so i had to have my husband and kids get dish soap from the front office for me to hand wash them all. Room was not really upgraded besides the main floor and countertop. Pricing has got really bad since we started going there (4-5 times). Resort Fee is high, lots of rules there, little extras for the kids have doubled since last visit It’s a nice place overall but just higher in fees and more rules Then I recall
