Our experience at this hotel was frustrating and disappointing for several reasons.
When I checked in, the front desk employee was incredibly rude and aggressive. She constantly interrupted me and refused to let me explain the situation. When I was finally able to speak, it became clear she was in the wrong. While she tried to apologize and backtrack, her behavior left a terrible first impression.
As for the room, my friend experienced a range of issues. The sheets were dirty and had hair on them, even though they appeared folded as if they were clean. The room smelled terrible, and there weren’t enough sheets or blankets to stay warm, making it very uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel were seriously lacking.
To make matters worse, the entire building reeked of conflicting food smells from the kitchens, which made the atmosphere unpleasant. Breakfast was no better—frozen burritos and pre-packaged items were the only options, and it felt like no effort was made to provide fresh or appealing food.
Between the poor service at check-in, the cleanliness issues, and the uncomfortable atmosphere, this stay was a big disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made.
