We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is very close to Roma Termini. After arriving by bus from the airport, you can reach the hotel on foot in 4-5 minutes. That's the best part. The hotel has no visible signage. It has small writing and we had difficulty seeing it. The rooms are large enough. Although it seemed clean, there were hairs on the bed and the shower cabin in the bathroom was not cleaned well. There are a lot of homeless people in the area where the hotel is located, and this can be disturbing and unsafe, especially when returning to the hotel late in the evening (after 23:00). In terms of location, it is close to Rome Termini, other than that, walking distance to everywhere is 25 minutes or more. Therefore, I would not choose to stay in this area again.
The gentleman at the reception was friendly and helpful.
Air conditioning was working. The temperature and pressure of the water in the bathroom were good. The bed was comfortable.
