My room was clean, and the facilities overall were truly very good. In a large and busy city like Istanbul, I needed to stay urgently for one night, and for me, the most important thing was spending the night in a safe and reliable place. In this respect, I can confidently say that my expectations were more than met.
The room felt a bit gloomy, but I believe this was entirely due to my room choice. Other than that, I did not experience any issues. The staff were very attentive and made me feel safe throughout my stay.
Thanks to their care and service, this short business stay turned into a pleasant experience. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay.
