Reception people are all rude, condescending and lack customer service skills. On our check in day, the person had a bad attitude, didn’t greet, etc. my wife has mobility difficulties and while I understand the hotel rules. When I asked this person if he had a room in the lower level, his response was abrupt and said no we are completely sold out. This is a complete lie as there were very little guests that we observe during our three night stay. We were given a room in the second floor west side right in front of the back of a bar bowling g alley. There were large congregation of people until 2am Sunday morning. They were loud, appeared to be intoxicate and were smoking the smell of whatever they were smoking was hedious and carry over. They were playing loud boom car stereo music. The room smell bad was dirty and musty. Light bulbs were put, the patio door curtain was filthy, it had holes in it. Allegedly there is no smoking however for the three nights we were there there was a heavy smell of smoke which another guest describe as marijuana use. The bath tub was filthy and we use our sandals when taking a shower. Please note: the cleanliness issues are not due to the cleaning staff as it is the lack of maintenance. There is so much more, I do not know how hotels like this one are allowed to operate under these deplorable and unhealthy conditions. We were there for a funeral and didn’t have the time to waste looking for other lodging. We’ll never stay here aga
