My traveling opinion
The hotel needs some updates.
Here is the good. The room was nice and cold. If you have ever been in Texas heat, then you will appreciate the coolness of a room. It was a clean room with plenty of towels. Breakfast was good, but please get regular syrup. I like all my calories and will diet at home. No sugar free syrup at all, please.
Now the bad. The elevator was broken and the ice machine on the 3rd floor did not work. It was a hassle walking the stairs every day for our stay. The hot water did not heat up properly. The most frustrating part was the check-in. The young lady could not access the system to check anyone in until the next person on shift came in, who was late by 30 minutes.
It was not cool waiting almost 6 hours to check in at almost midnight. Management needs to be accountable for not answering employees and only having 1 person on duty.
