Trip was ok until our clothes stolen!
We stayed in Sonesta for 7 days during our family trip. Neighbourhood is good, hotel is located in a mall with lots of restaurants around. It has paid parking for 8 dolars a night. Our Room was ok for the money, furniture is new. But when you try to cook inside, food smell will stay for a long time since air flow is not enough.
On the down side our clothes were stolen from the laundry room which was accesed by a room key only. Although I tried to speak with employees and hotel management nobody helped us, except they said they are feeling sorry. hotel manager said Sonesta team will call to speak the details, in my opinion they are not going to. In addition to this most of the rooms in this hotel are accesible from street without going through reception, so after this issue we felt realy unsafe and I found myself checking the locks several times in the middle of the night.
