Good parts - Location was great, very good size, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, felt very safe, cot for our baby was provided when asked with extra linen, plenty of towels.
Bad parts - severe damp in the main bathroom which smells. Drain doesn’t drain in en suite shower room. Iron but no ironing board. Communication - kept emailing for the same information pre-check in despite already having sent it and not answering specific requests until chased on hotels.com app. Check in details were quite unclear and when we lost them they were uncontactable via phone so we’re stuck outside. Check out states on hotels.com at NOON we received a message upon check int hat check out was at 10AM - no answer when we asked to clarify this so we stayed until 10.30 when we had to leave to catch our flight.
