I recently experienced an issue during check-out at your hotel that I’d like to bring to your attention. I requested an additional 30 minutes to check out (from 12:00 to 12:30) due to a business meeting, but my request was denied. While I understand policies may vary, I was disappointed with the way the situation was handled—it felt neither professional nor polite.
As a returning guest who has stayed at your hotel three times, I had higher expectations for the level of service. This experience left me feeling undervalued as a loyal guest. I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions with guests in similar situations.
