Hyatt Niagara Falls deserved a five-star. Unfortunately, ROB (breakfast waiter/bar attendant/ tv control remote sheriff) ruined it for them to get a five star.
To start, this hotel is centralized near all famous attractions. 15-minute walk to Rainbrow bridge /usa Canada border, 7 minute walk to Niagara Fall Park, 2 minute walk to the nearest food fair.
Hotel offers breakfast, with limited options, but still enough to fill you up in the morning. Hotel also offers complimentary 24/7 coffee, tea, and hot water. For those dog mommies and daddies, you'll be happy to know this hotel is pet friendly.
Rooms have a mini fridge, helpful for those who need to keep insulin cool, food drinks, etc. The room I was in was 518. It doesn't have a view, but the beds are big and comfortable. My only advice would be to deep clean the carpet and bathtub. I usually don't like bathtubs. I prefer showers. But we made do.
Hotel also offers a breathtaking rooftop view of waterfall firework shows and canada skylight.
Ladies at the front desk are SUPER helpful and informative. Restaurant and bar staff are nothing but pure dolls.
Sad to say, you may encounter a sheriff dress as a bartender, rude enough to change the tv channel right in front of your face, without saying good morning, excuse me or nothing. Just rude for no reason. Lucky him, i have over 1.2 millions views, speak several languages and cant stand bullies. He needs a reality check.
