The room was small, but the furnishings were really old and battered. Space can really be better planned - EG put the TV on the wall., to give a bit more space on the desk. The bedspread/doonacover is in very poor condition. The taps in the bathroom are leaking. We are staying for 4 nights - room might be OK for one night

I liked the location because it’s basically close to everything. Customer service at reception was extremely poor - particularly the guy and the lady who were on duty when we checked out yesterday just before 11:30 am. The tandem were just very rude!

交通便利，週遭便利商店、餐飲店多，但設備較陳舊
衛浴設備較為陳舊, 冷熱水的調整比較難控制。另外, 窗戶無法打開, 冬天空調只有暖氣的狀況下，回房時會覺得空氣特別的悶。

The property was about a seven minute walk from the pasmo line which was great. There is plenty of dining options, animal cafes, shopping, and a 24 hour McDonald’s nearby.
They provided vouchers for breakfast, however, there were only three options to choose from.
They also provided all the essential amenities such as shampoo, soap, toothbrush, hairbrush, etc.
The only issue I had was that every time you left the building you had to give back your key to the room. I’m not sure the reasoning for this but I would’ve liked maybe a key card instead.
Overall, this was a great location!

Единственный плюс отеля- его расположение. В 5 минутах ходьбы до ворот Каминаримон и храма Асакуса. Вокруг много ресторанчиков, сетевых семейных ресторанов, сетевых кафе. Рядом 4-х этажный магазин Дон Кихот, где можно купить товары без налога с продаж ( от 5500 иен) . Рядом 2 станции метро- Гинза Лайн ( Tawaramachi) и П Асакуса Лайн ( Asakusa). Отель очень старый, постельное белье изношено, но чистое, ковровое покрытие все в пятнах, если номера для курящих, то все в номере пропитано запахом табака. Система кондиционирования общая и старая. Мы были осенью, поэтому не требовался ни кондиционер, ни отопление, хотя система работала на обогрев. Убирают в отеле плохо, в ванной следы плесени, даже унитаз не чистят должным образом, что для Японии удивительно.

Good location to subway lines however area is approximately 50 min to Shibuya. The hotel is very dated although a tad bigger than other smaller hotel rooms at APA. Staff overall friendly with the exception of one lady at the front desk.
