The front desk , reception , communicatipn was the worst ever in my life.
Arrived with my friend at around 02:00 am right after our flight landed.
Told my credit card was declined (supposed to be charged at hotel uppn arrival!!) so rooms are cancelled ??
No apology , also told they have send email to Hotels.com about cancelation ?!?
Then I showed my hotels.com account , no trouble was seen , then they aend us for the first night to another hotel , but then asked to return the day after .
You can not imagine after several of hours of flight it is annoying.
Then after the second when we return they told we booked 2 rooms with king siZe bed but they have 1 room only available and the second room is 2 beds , we again was forced to accept . Then on check out we were told that this 2 bed room was at a non smoker floor and my friend has somoked so charged 300 aed ?!?
We were forced to hire this room since they told no available room , also not imformed the room is non smoker , they accept there is no warning in the room but warning at the elevator gate ?!?
Also no warning during check in as you can imagine.
Charged my friends fine agter we check out to my wifes credit card , who she was not even travelling with us?!?!?
Not a hotel at Hilton class , no decent behaviour , not trustable at all.
They believed we were a no show , sold our room to other people , then mesaed everything , and without a apology they insulted us.
Will certainly not recommend at all to any
