Convenient Location
Very closed to airport, airport pickup service is good. The driver is polite and helpful. The cleanliness and conditions of the hotel need to improve.

Fine for one day sleep
The distance from airport to hotel is not far, but be prepared to take 1 hour to get to hotel. You need to call for shuttle van. The WiFi inside room did not work on the day when we stayed. Bathroom does not have a wall to separate shower area, water splashes to all area.

門口及招牌太細！找尋有点難！ 我住嗰座樓層地下有推廣活動 聲浪非常大 ！！大堂及 房間有點殘舊！ 早餐不甚豐富！ 唯一可以就係近機場 及附近 找食肆及買東西不難！

値段の割には広くてかなり快適でした。 マンションの一室みたいなホテルです。 観光のアクセスは良くないけど、近くにレストランやマッサージ、お店もあり便利。 食事、空港までの無料送迎もあって良かったです。

成都空港に近めのホテル
成都空港の朝発便に乗るため利用しました。 空港からホテルまで歩いて行くのは不可能で地下鉄＋バスかタクシーになります。しかし空港からタクシーで行ったら10分くらいなのに40元とられました。運転手曰く何か規則があるようです。 ホテルはロビーと部屋が中庭を挟んで別の建物になっています。以前マンションだった建物をホテルにしているのかもしれません。空港の近くなので飛行機の音がしますが、部屋は広くて綺麗です。 朝空港までの送迎を予約すると、30分前に電話で起こしてくれます。夜中に出発する人もいる関係か夜に度々廊下が騒がしくなり起きてしまいました。 朝は結局ホテルのバスが満員になったので、ホテル側がタクシーを呼んでくれて乗合で空港へ行きました。そのやりとりが中国語が聞き取れないと訳が分からず不安になるかもしれません。フロントの人は態度が冷たく怖かったです。

When I checked in the hotel staff did not speak English and could not find my reservation even though I showed them hotels.com reservation. They wanted me to give them $100 cash as a security deposit even though room fully paid. It took over an hour just to get the room.

金額でなく、もう少し検討すればよかった
部屋は広い、冷暖房やテレビなど不調　　窓が開けていた　蚊が心配です ホテルの受付と宿泊等は別棟なので現地の案内がいなければ移動和無理です シャワー、トイレ、洗面所が一緒ですが、今まででは一番悪い設備でした

四川航空での深夜到着後に利用
双流机场からタクシーで15分程度、割増込みで約40元。 予約が確認できないとのことで多少時間がかかったが、無事チェックイン。デポジット300元は現金のみ。支払い時の控えはチェックアウト時提示必須。 部屋の設備は必要十分。シャワーにはカーテンがないのでトイレまでびしょ濡れになるので注意。 チェックアウト後は空港までの無料送迎あり。チェックイン時または出発2時間前までに予約が必要。30分間隔で運行している。

Close to airport with shuttle but that is about it
Good location close to the airport. Includes a free shuttle to and from the airport (we only took the shuttle one way as the front desk person hung up on us when we tried to coordinate a pickup on the phone when we landed). Also, hot shower. Other than that, it was a place to avoid. Rotted bathroom door, cigarette burns on the walls, moldy throughout the bathroom and baseboards, general level of dirty was an 8 out of 10. Sheets seemed to be clean at least and breakfast was decent vegetarian Sichuan fare. If we were looking for another hotel close to the airport, we would definitely try something else.

Old, broken, stinky, not enough lighting
This is an old hotel. I chose it because I needed to transfer in Chengdu airport early in the morning from Emeishan. The bathroom does not have a shower door. The pillow is stinky. The room is very table. When I asked for a table lamp, they couldn’t offer me one. I was too dim to read anything. Very bad experience. Never go back!

Dark room, only two low watt bulbs. The hotel is a seperate building, away from the actual lobby. Then there is a shower with no water pressure. My wife used the (broken basin) bathroom sink and my shower literally stopped A bit noisy due to airplanes. but it is close to airport for a reason. The shuttle driver must be a retired racer as the ride to the airport was intimidating due to his fast and erratic driving. Not going to use this hotel again.

Hotel Ruijia
Geen telefoonnummer op de site om het hotel te bereiken omdat we geen shuttle naar het hotel konden vinden bij aankomst op airport. Personeel doet hun best maar spreekt erg gebrekkig of geen Engels. De kamer was ijskoud, verwarming konden we niet vinden.

Good value hotel next to airport
The hotel is very close to the airport, around 5-10min drive. Hotel got 24hr free airport pick up, but you have to call them when you arrive airport. The hotel room itself is very big and generally clean. Toilet is a bit old but acceptable. Overall, im very happy with the hotel given this price.

Convenient Airport Hotel with Good Value
The hotel is just 10min drive from Chengdu airport, and it has free 24 hour airport pick up. Bad side is you have to call the hotel to pick you up when you arrive, that means you must have to have a telephone card and you can speak chinese. The beds are clean and the room is big. Bathroom not very clean, and the shower place doesn't have a curtain, so water splashes out easily. Wifi stable. Breakfast so so. Given this price with free airport pick up and free breakfast, I'm more than satisfied. Will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with close proximity to the airport.
We were pleased with our stay at this hotel. No problems catching the airport shuttle. We just asked someone in the airport to call the hotel for us to let them know we were there. Our friendly airport traveler ended up calling the driver themselves and we met up with them upstairs, at departures. There were other hotel guests taking the shuttle. Our room was actually in a separate building across a nice courtyard, behind the front of the building where the hotel lobby was. We were pleased with the room. It was clean and quiet. We were only spending the night in Chengdu and then flying out the next morning. It only took about 10 mins to reach the airport, which we were grateful for.
