Only problem was the noise
Great hotel with lots of facilities. Restaurant options, casino, indoor and outdoor pools, rooms, stuff were all good. But even though we were there on monsoon, it was very noisy. There was a noise from the corridors all the time. I think, reception should separate the guests according to their nationality. Because every culture has their own habits. Some speak loudly and doesn’t get bothered by the people speaking loudly. This hotel is huge and has 7-8 different buildings for the guests and it won’t be hard to divide the world nations to 7-8. Close cultures should stay together.
They don’t allow you to swim in the sea when it is off season. Lastly all prices are higher than the city itself. Restaurants are all ok, but expensive. And be a little bit clever and don’t use the taxis of the hotel. Cheaper taxis are waiting in front of the hotel, outside.
