The hotel’s location, cleanliness and service were impeccable. Taxis cannot drive directly to the street where the hotel is located, but they can drop you off nearby, so you’ll need to walk for a few minutes with your luggage to reach the hotel. However this wasn’t an issue for me at all, considering the hotel’s perfect location. A special thank you to the kind and welcoming receptionist as well!

Great location, helpful staff and clean room. Minor issues were intermittent wifi (unreliable) and bathroom door didn’t close and A/C seemed to randomly switch off.

The property is beautiful! The design and the cleanliness is stellar. The best part is the location! Steps away from the spanish steps! Shopping is within feet of the door and the staff is very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Amazing location, the only good thing about this place. The staff was the most triggering part for me, definitely not customer service savvy's.The only one was the evening person, super nice and very approachable. Super disappointment!

The room we had was very clean and tidy, with quirky decor which we enjoyed. We were welcomed and shown the way to the room by a friendly staff member who stayed late to check us in as we had a late flight.. had a great stay and would certainly recommend and return ☺️

Property was in an excellent location. 2 minute walk to the Spanish steps. The room was of a decent size, with superb amenities. Special shout out to the concierge staff in particular Matteo and Joshua who were both very welcoming, gave excellent advice and were so accomodating to keep our luggage after check out. They always had a smile on their face. Thanks for the lovely hospitality!

Lovely staff who greeted us kindly and were very sweet. Room was well appointed and clean, and the master bed extremely comfy. Great location close to the Metro and just metres from designer boutiques and the Spanish Steps. Short walk to Trevi Fountain.

Great walking location, in an upper end area of Rome. Great shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself could use a deep clean, felt a little bit unkept, but I understand that it under new ownership and that they are just working on some of these small things. The beds were very comfortable and the location made up for the small issues.
