The staff was great. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and polite. The room upon our arrival was dirty. The beds were made but when I dropped something on the floor and went to pick it up I noticed clothing tags and a bottle of water under the bed as well as huge globs of hair and dirt. So sweeping was not a thing that went on in this room. The bathroom door was stuck open and we had to wait for someone to come and fix it so we could use the bathroom. This was a work trip so while we were sharing a room we weren’t quite at the “pee with the door open” level. There was a “coat rack” that was all falling apart. It was one of the ones with plastic tubes and joints. I was able to put it back together to use but that should have been done prior to a new guest checking in. Over all it sufficed for our trip but I wish more care was taken in getting the room ready for a new guest.
