Overall great visit. Checks all your boxes with one suggestion. The hotel/rooms felt sparkly clean, new, uncluttered, and very comfortable. TVs with option to connect to your device. Bathroom was modern with a spa vibe. Friendly staff. Lobby had plenty of seating. Free breakfast reminded me of our stay at the Riu in Mexico. Lots of choices buffet style. Well done.Great location for our early am appointment at the hospital. There was very near parking, but we took the train this time. My only complaint is that in spite of having to use my room keycard in the elevator, I experienced groups getting into the elevator to ride to the roof top bar. Presumably not staying there, because several times there was an ask "use your card and hit 27 please? ". We weren't able to be seated up there - too crowded, but made our way for a cocktail in the lobby (great drink menu! ) which was very nice. Relaxed atmosphere. Should have made a rooftop reservation, but more to the point, maybe have a dedicated elevator to that floor only with a hotel attendant for the bar? I understand the want for a successful venue, but what's the point in security for the hotel floors if there's a way around it? I will say I always felt safe there. Just a suggestion for your consideration.
