Always clean. Stayed there twice in 2025 for a grand total of 4 nights. Convenient to subway lines. Easy access with the luggage from Tokyo station and then to the Narita airport. Lovely quiet location in Ueno. Train stations and food options not far away. Great staff. Rooms clean and tidy and little extras like providing charger cable and deodorizer for shoes were appreciated. They also held our luggage after check out so we could fill in some hours shopping before heading to the airport. Great hotel. Would recommend and stay again when I return to Tokyo.

Disappointed to find the size of the twin bed room I booked was very small. No space for two pieces of luggage. No desk or chair. Two persons cannot move around in the room without bumping into each other. The location is not ideal for getting to the shopping district in Ueno. Hotel is rather old. Service was good.
