The room was ridiculously tiny. It is an insult to put two paying customers in a room that small. You have to crab-walk sideways to get around the end of the bed, being careful not to hit your shoulder on the wall-mounted TV. There are almost no flat surfaces, just a narrow headboard and two small shelves next to the front door. There was barely room for our luggage. We dealt with the situation but won't be back.

Always clean. Stayed there twice in 2025 for a grand total of 4 nights. Convenient to subway lines. Easy access with the luggage from Tokyo station and then to the Narita airport. Lots of small restaurants around the hotel. Only complaint is that the rooms are small, even with two beds. Staff very polite and professional.

Lovely quiet location in Ueno. Train stations and food options not far away. Great staff. Rooms clean and tidy and little extras like providing charger cable and deodorizer for shoes were appreciated. They also held our luggage after check out so we could fill in some hours shopping before heading to the airport. Great hotel. Would recommend and stay again when I return to Tokyo.
