I have been to this hotel four or five times as I travel to Nihombashi on business. This is a standard Japanese business hotel (tiny rooms, low prices) and this one is generally very good value for money in terms of the space and comfort for the price. Staff are generally slightly more friendly than their competitors. The hotel is a bit rough and old but the rooms and linen have been clean. This place is nice that it has a good laundry area without a big queue.

Overall great hotel, the only thing getting in the way is the room size. It makes it a bit hard to do even simple stuff like change clothes or iron a shirt, but everything else was amazing. Staff is courteous and helpful, the room is cleaned well and amenities are provided upon request. If size of the room is no consideration, would definitely stay here again.

Pros: - Very helpful and kind lobby staff - Located within walking distance to good department stores and multiple station lines - Located in a street that doesn't get too busy, so taxi pick ups are smooth Cons: - There's only one elevator serving all of the floors, so it may be inconvenient at busy times when lots of people are trying to go up or down to the lobby - The bathroom in the room might be a bit dated-- turning on the faucet or flushing the toilet causes the pipes to make a lot of loud noises.

The entrance to the metro station is literally right next door so the hotel was very convenient for public transportation. There were activities in the lounge on different days and nice free amenities such as coffee and skincare packs. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. The price was very reasonable. I was sad to leave this hotel!

Room was so small we could hardly move around, the bathroom was small and the bath water leaked which made the towels drenched which we put on floor to stop slipping. The lillows were thin and we only got one each was dissapointing, as we were out early and late back never saw anyone to ask for extra. Location was good 8 mins to nearest metro, vending machines 1 min away. Able to drop luggage early before check in and leave at check out free of charge. Area felt safe.
