Stop cheating customers with incorrect room types
We weren't given the room type we paid for and were treated like idiots as the hotel staff indeed the room type we reserved - a separate room with walk-in wardrobe was missing and the bathroom had one sink instead of two (more than 10 square meters smaller). They eventually changed to the correct room the following day (the manager wasn't in the hotel when we arrived and only communicated via WhatsApp) and a series of incredibly coincidental events happened: someone got in the room even with the do not disturb sign on (selected both digitally and manually on the door handle), the warm air flow became cold making the room freezing, the TV was broken and had to be fixed later, the electric sockets on one of the sides of the bed did not work. This is the first time I leave a review, I feel like I had to because the so many positive opinions made me reserve this hotel instead of others I never had any problems with. Beware
