I do not recommend!
The place was pretty close, 10 minutes walk to Termini Station. There are tram and metro stations nearby. BUT! The room was far from being clean. Furniture was ancient -it can't be cleaned. There were half empty liquor bottles in one of the cabinets (from someone who stayed here before). Shower curtain was blue once upon a time, but now bottom half is green of dirt, we couldn't even take a shower and also there was a tiny bug in there, we became friends.. First night, the temperature was fine in the room but rest of them it was freezing. There isn't a receptionist 24h, so we left a note to the room but it was the same.... They said there's a kettle on the antre we can use, but after first night I haven't see it again (I don't think I would use after everything I saw).
Best thing was the breakfast, they gave us coupons to have croissant and coffee in a coffee shop nearby.
