I had high hopes for this appart-hotel as the flat itself was very nice and clean, with modern decor. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing overall.
First of all, there’s no air conditioning — which would be fine if it weren’t so warm inside. Instead, they provide a fan that not only doesn’t help much but also makes quite a bit of noise, making it difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, the surroundings are a bit noisy too.
Communication was for me the major issue. There is no real reception — it’s all virtual. I tried to reach them via phone and through the Expedia messaging system, but got no response. Only later did I find out that they’re only reachable via WhatsApp, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere clearly. Even then, they weren’t very helpful, they couldn’t even find my reservation with my name, reservation preference and apartment number— mostly just sent apologies but didn’t actually resolve anything since I was seeking for a simple they use, or switched to an order apartment without waiting time, but it was impossible while they have a plenty of availabilities.
Overall, this place could have potential, but the lack of proper communication, no airco, and the uncomfortable sleeping conditions made it a frustrating experience.
