A grumpy welcome, took 20 minutes to check in, to go to a room that will be nice IF they finish it. Currently wires poking out of walls, a hole in a wall for a fitment or picture that isn’t there, a kettle is present but nothing else, no cups or tea or coffee. TV and AC remotes not issued at check in so have to traipse all the way back down to reception, get remotes but the TV one doesn’t work.
It could be a pleasant hotel if they finish it and improve their customer service.
And no, in response to their anticipated response, my bike did not mark that cabinet. You know it and I know it.
