The worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life. Instead of staying in this hotel, it is better to stay on the street. Our room was on the 29th floor, we were stuck in the elevator and they did not find a solution for this. It is a hotel with approximately 36 floors, but it has 2 elevators, one of which is already broken. Even though it was broken, they made it work, we were stuck in the elevator and they did not find a solution for it. Breakfast was included but the breakfast area is on the ground floor and incredibly small. There was no place to sit and very few breakfast options. Even 1 point is too much for this hotel, I do not recommend it to anyone. You can stay in much better hotels in this area. We trusted the Holiday Inn brand, but our New York holiday was terrible. We waited in line for the elevator for exactly 30 minutes. If you had an emergency, you could not leave the hotel.
