Sad Review
I used to like staying with Dusit. However, this time, I'm quite disappointed. Service was not there to the point that housekeeping even forgot to put any towel in my bathroom. Housekeeping was terrible, the only saving grace is the team at The Pantry. Food was very good and all the staff were very attentive. I appreciate Cherisse, Fina, Edito, Macky and the guys at the cooking station who made extra effort. The reception and housekeeping were both a disappointment. The rooms should be upgraded as noticed most of the elements are breaking down or not properly done, like the toilet door, cabinet door, etc.
