This resort has everything we could want! Check-in was flawless; the staff is awesome; the resort grounds are clean and well kept; the suites are clean, spacious, stocked with amenities, and include a full kitchen, living room, and very nice bathroom. We didn’t get any check out instructions or a map of the property so we were clueless when she wrote all the numbers jumbled together on our key cards, something small but totally necessary.. our toaster didn’t work. Sent a text with a list of things and they said they would bring us a new toaster and maintenance would come for the other things… maintenance never showed up. The tv remotes didn’t work and the bathtub shower spout was stuck up.
