A wonderful ski vacation
We stayed here for nearly a week, and overall, it was a great experience. The staff was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and a big reason I’d consider returning. The location is also very convenient.
The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the logistical challenges of the elevator wait: 1) The elevator is quite slow. 2) All skis and snowboards must be stored on P2, requiring an extra elevator trip (or uncomfortable stairs on the ski boots) to fetch or store gears. 3) The closest surface-level exit is on P1, meaning an additional elevator trip from P2 to P1.
What should have been a perfect ski-in ski-out experience, now feels like an elevator-heavy ordeal, especially during peak times. If not for this one inconvenience, I’d easily rate this lodge 5 stars.
