Disappointed with GR Solaris
I was very disappointed in the room accommodations. I booked a lagoon view however, the view was of the street and they had construction. They eventually upgraded me to an ocean view, which was much better. The other problem was their restaurants, we were not able to get reservations at any of the restaurants without being put on the waiting list. They have three restaurants at the location, however, two of the restaurants Was closed most of the time. we were only able to dine at one restaurant after being put on a waiting list. Most of the time it was empty, however we were told they had no availability by the front desk. I truly believe they had a staffing problem in all three restaurants and we’re not able to accommodate guests.Very disappointing.
