When we first checked in the hotel, it was night and the room provided us (114) was very cold. We turned heater controller on but after an hour, we realized that it was not heating the room. The controller was not moving any further than 17 Celcius Degree. We reported that to the staff in the reception. He offered us to change the room. The next room we got (408) was heatable but the sofa bed inside was not prepared. When I asked for help, the receptonist just gave me the bed sheets. He also promised that his colleague will come and prepare it. We waited for half an hour. Nobody came and he didn't even let us know. We prepared the bed by ourselves and slept. It was already 2.5 hours later than our check-in time. However, that was not the all. During the night, when we got up for the toilet, the door was not opening. The toilet was not reachable. We had to go all the way down to 114 (our very first room which we changed and did not yet give the card) for our toilet needs. It happened twice during the night, and I can't describe how shameful was that to go all that way with our pyjamas. So, the hotel was not so bad, but nobody took good care of our problem. That's why we faced lots and lots of problems during this very short stay. So, my point is that if you are staying in that hotel, be aware that you might also need to face with some kind of ridiculous stuff just because nobody knows how to handle problems.
