For me, cleanliness is important, and this property needs to improve it. The rooms need improvement in cleanliness; the edges of the walls are extremely dirty. The bathtub has mold, and it's clear the housekeeping staff only come in to drop off towels. They charge a parking fee, but it's an open parking lot with no security where anyone can enter—it makes no sense. The property is noisy, surrounded by guests who walk and talk loudly in the hallways late at night and slam doors. The breakfast area is quite far from the rooms, so the "free breakfast" isn't much help.
