I had a below-average experience at this hotel, Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
**Cons:**
- **Housekeeping:** Inconsistent—some days the room was cleaned, other days it wasn’t.
- **Front Desk:** Unhelpful with basic questions, despite being highly staffed.
- **Room Misrepresentation:** Booked a room with a "queen size" bed, but the beds were clearly full size. When this was brought up, I was told that’s their standard size and accommodations could only be made with a costly upgrade. Very misleading.
- **Amenities Issues:** Room temperature control was faulty, and the rooms smelled of mold. They were also small, with old furniture. When asked for a cot, we were offered a floor cushion instead.
- **Service:** Café staff was rude, which added to the disappointment.
**Pros:**
- The breakfast buffet was excellent.
- Lobby bathrooms were clean.
- The door staff was friendly and welcoming.
