I booked a suite for a 2 night stay for my girlfriend and I. When we arrived to our room there was damage to almost every single wall, stains on the carpet, damage to the lamp shades, the buttons were busted out of our AC unit, the room was just filthy. I could go on about the terrible condition of the room. We notified the front desk and they moved us to a new suite. The room was a lot better but there were still cosmetic damage. The first night someone parked right outside of our window and blared music until 2:00 am so that was wonderful. The hallways smelled of cigarettes and they were also filthy. Every time we left our hotel room our key card would stop working and we would have to go to the lobby to get a new key card. The only nice area was the lobby. I wouldn’t waste time or the money staying here.
